7th Heaven – Charcoal Mud

This week I am testing out Charcoal mud by 7th heaven. I haven’t seen this one before which is surprising because Charcoal is all the range at the moment you can use it for your skin and for your teeth as well.

I was interested in this mask because it mentions that it’s for oily and combination skin which is 100% my skin. After Christmas my skin has been disliking me I guess because all the bad eating and drinking has taken a toll on my skin!

This charcoal mask is said to detox away oils and impurities. I’m hoping this is the SOS my skin needs.

How to apply

1. Cleanse face
2. Apply mask
3. Leave for 15 mins
4. Wash off

Today I have cleaned with my body shop facial wash ( my favourite product at the moment ) and also uses my facial exfoliating pads also from body shop to prep my skin. Without drying my skin, I apply the mask straight onto my face using a face mask applicator. I’m loving the smell of my mask, it smells like a basic mud mask but with a kind of minty smell!

I would say that it took around 15 mins to dry. It dried kind of flakey, but was super easy to remove.

Due to the mask drying so tight to me skin, it left my skin feel really refreshed and clean. My skin felt lovely all evening and I even woke to feeling fresh.

I really recommend this mask! It’s defiantly the skin boost I needed and I have less redness on my skin this morning.

Mask Monday ( but on Thursday)

Hey Yallll,

Again, I’m sorry for the gap between my posts I’ve been a very busy bee and there is a whole post about it on my page if you are interested.

I’m back and my skin is need a good treat. I have invested in a head band and face mask application brush. I order this from amazon for £5.99!

This week I am using a cucumber peel off face mask by 7th Heaven ( who I am lovinggg if you haven’t noticed)

The rules

1. Cleanse face
2. Apply to face
3. Leave for 25 mins
4. Peel off
5. Rinse face

Today in my super quick video you will notice I have cleaned my face with the body shop tea tree oil face wash which I am really digging right now.

I then pop on my head band and apply the face mask with the application brush. It is soooooo easy to apply with the brush and i feel this mask could of been super sticky so I really appreciated it.

I couldn’t smell cucumber but I defiantly smelt a fresh earthy smell which was refreshing.

Once applied I’ve got a half hour left of I’m a celeb!

It took 25 mins to dry and there was a bit that I piled on to much face mask that wouldn’t dry properly.

Easy peasy to peel off, although there was some bits I had to feel for before I could peel off!

My skin felt lovely going to bed felt clean, moisturised and Fresh.

The next day my skin still feels fresh, and my blemishes are very much less red and my skin is less inflamed.

I really like this mask as I defiantly can see and feel a difference. It’s easy to put on and peel of which is convenient .

7th Heaven Dead Sea Mud Pac 💋

I have recently heard great thing about 7th heaven masks recently.

From friends and reviews by fellow bloggers. I decided to give the brand ago and purchased the Dead Sea Mud Pac.

I picked this one as it is said to prevent an oily T Zone, take away dead skin, open pores and to distress. Which all of above is on my to do list, so this defiantly sounded like the best one for me.

As it’s changing from summer to Autumn, this is always the time when my skin takes the effects. My combination skin is currently at its worse and I have to master it now before winter time.

How to apply

• Cleanse face
• Apple mask onto wet face
• Leave for 10-15 mins
• Wash off

Opening the mask, you get an immediate waft of the fragrance. I’m sure what it supposed to smell like but to me it smells like fresh washing powder and I love how clean it smells!! 😍

Really easy to put on and take off! Takes around 18-20 mins to fully dry, I would say.

My skin has been great for the next five days, my black heads have gone down and my skin is least oily but feels really moisturised! I love this one and I would rate it 4/5.

Mask Monday – Pretty Smooth

I ordered this Pretty Smooth seaweed mud mask from Boohoo.com.

I must admit it smelt pretty amazing and smelt really fresh. It came in an easy squeezing tube. I did have to use quite a lot to

Cover my whole face.

It said leave on for 10-15 mins and then wash off. I didn’t feel like the mask was dry by this time and I left it on for a total of 20 mins. At this point is still wasn’t dry in an places.

I washed it off with a flannel, as it was difficult to take off with just water.

After my skin felt like it had a good wash, rather then a good face mask.

This product was very cheap ( literally a pound or two for a massive tube). I am sorry to say ( hate being a Debby downer) but this mask wasn’t very good. I didn’t feel like my skin was overall fresh for using a facemask.
